KD Monthly Training Updates:

KD Camps and Races:
Mar 13-14: Caribou Cup / Nakiska Cup Races
- 9 and 10 year-old KD athletes will be selected to compete at the Caribou Cup, March 13th and 14th at Norquay on invitation from the coaches only. You will receive your invitation by email the week of February 22nd. Download the Caribou Cup Information Sheet here.

- KD athletes who do not compete in the Caribou Cup on March 13th and 14th will have a day of training at Nakiska on Saturday and will be able to enter the Nakiska Cup race on Sunday - more details on the Nakiska Cup to come soon!

All NGD and KD athletes are invited to participate in the Doug Meyers Cup Races at Lake Louise the weekend of March 20th - 21st. There are 2 events to choose from - you will be notified by email which event to select for your athlete in advance of the online registration

Christmas Camp Time Trial
