The last stage of our Nancy Greene Ski League program is our Mount Allan Ski Team (MAST). MAST encompasses our U10+ and U12 program, which is also the first step in our performance level programming at Nakiska Alpine. The U10+ program is only for those athletes who are 9 years old and is designed as a preparatory program for U12 where our coaches help the athletes transition from the skier essential phase into the learn to train phase. Our U10+ athletes continue to refine their skier essential skills while being introduced to basic, event specific skills. Our U12 athletes work to consolidate and refine basic ski skills while increasing the volume of training. U12 athletes participate in an extended season and have opportunities for add-on training days on Fridays.
